We have conducted an exploratory research in a local workshop named DPASCOAL to understand difficulties to diagnose the quality of dampers.
With such information we have done a co-creation workshops with the client's engineering team, converging on the idea of the application.
Developing an application that, coupled with a microphone, we are able to capture the sound emitted by the resistance of the damping fluid and then, through audio treatment algorithms, transform it into an image that demonstrates the quality of the damper in a clearly way.
We can have 97% accuracy in the diagnosis of the bumper, 30% increase in sales, reducing time and cost assesement by visual lifting inspection.
